Women Swimmin' for Hospicare

Not good with computers? No worries! You can give your cash or check donations to the swimmer, boater, or fundraiser you wish to receive credit, and they can process it for you on their fundraising page. You will receive a donation receipt by email if you provide them with  your email address. You will still be mailed a donation receipt from Hospicare as well. 

Or you can print out this handy form and mail your check donation (or credit card information) directly to Hospicare with the following details:

  • Your name and address and phone number 

  • The swimmer you would like this donation to be credited to

  • Is this in memory of or in honor of a loved one?

  • Is it ok with you to add your name to the swimmers page or do you prefer "anonymous"
