VBGC is extremely important to Boyle Heights youth and I believe that is essential in supporting the children and community as a whole.
Variety Boys and Girls Club serves a community which I'm deeply involved in and provides private school amenities and enrichment activities for kids whose parents are barely able to afford (and sometimes not able to afford) basic needs. They give Boyle Heights youth positive alternatives, building self-reliant, tolerant citizens who strive to make a difference. Their success rate in getting kids into college is close to 100% and I've been moved by the dedication of the staff to the kids and the wider community. If you are open to helping these kids out, it would be life changing for them. Any amount would be sincerely appreciated. Thanks everyone for your consideration.
