About May the Course Be With You Jog a Thon
The School of the Madeleine Jog-A-Thon is one of our PRIMARY FUNDRAISERS for the year. Funds raised at May the Course Be With You Jog-a-Thon will help finance the PSA budget and be used for continuous updates towards technology. Additional monies raised will also be used to update and repair the outdoor play structures and equipment. Please remember that all donations to the Jog-A-Thon are counted at 50% towards your PSA commitment! School of the Madeleine is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. *Registration fee does NOT count towards your PSA obligation.
Important Information for Registrants
- Minimum donation of $30 per student for a t-shirt, water, and a treat. *Registration fee does NOT count towards PSA obligation.
- PARENTS - PLEASE include shirt sizes for all participating students (name and grade). You will be prompted at payment.
- Upon completion of registration the parent will create a family page that will house each child's individual contribution page. Family and friends will be able to donate to each jogger.

Prizes: (Please note that prizes are based on PER CHILD donations)
- Donations of $100 - You will receive a jean coupon. Jean day will be on 12/12/2023
- Donations of $250 - You will receive lunch delivered to you at school on 12/5/2023
- Donations of $350 - You will receive SOM custom logo gear
- Donations of $500 or more – You will be entered in a raffle and guaranteed a prize such as Corvette Diner gift cards, Disneyland tickets, Gulls Tickets, Rockin' Jump passes, In and Out gift cards, Bluetooth speakers, drones, skateboards, scooters, and much much more!!!
- Top Participating Boy/Girl- The top boy and girl with the highest amount of pledge donations will get to choose one of the prizes from the list above prior to the raffle.
- Top Participating Class - The class with the highest amount of pledge donations will receive an ICE CREAM PARTY!

- Friday, October 6th - Classroom poster contest deadline (students will complete in classroom)
- Thursday, October 12th - May the Course Be With You accessory day at SOM (Star Wars theme headbands, socks, wristbands, etc.)
- Friday, October 20th - Last Day to Register and submit T-shirt size
- Friday, November 3rd - Last Day to turn in Prize Donations (if applicable)
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 11/13-11/15 - Fundraising Dinner at Sardina's! Earn a homework pass!!
- Wednesday, November 15th - May the Course Be With You Jogathon!!
- Friday, November 17th - Final pledge money due on website
- Tuesday, December 5th - Awards recognition and Special Lunch awards for $250+ donations
Tuesday, December 12th - Jean Day for students who raised $100+
