Meals for Families with Hospitalized Children
San Diego's Ronald McDonald House provides three meals daily to keep families strong in the round-the-clock care of their hospitalized children. Snacks, coffee, and beverages are available throughout the day. Community donations of food and funds help to keep these meals and snacks available free of charge.

Gifts made by December 31, 2023 to support the many services provided by San Diego’s Ronald McDonald House will have double the impact thanks to a generous matching gift of $500,000, from the JMS Fund! With your donation, you can ensure even more families stay close to their hospitalized child this holiday season.

Our Giving Tuesday "Fill the Fridge" Campaign
The holiday season is a perfect time to think about food, and that's why we're dedicating our Giving Tuesday efforts to "Fill the Fridge." Your generous gift will help us provide much-needed meals during this holiday season and help us prepare for the coming year's meals.
In the words of a family member who visited the House for meals, "This was a huge help for multiple reasons: it took the financial burden off a prolonged hospital stay, I did not have to figure out what to cook and worry about grocery shopping, it gave me the opportunity to leave the room and be greeted by so many friendly faces.
