Since my first time volunteering for Dare2Tri in 2019, I have been absolutely blown away by the inclusive, positive, and driven culture that makes the paratriathlon community so special. Over these last four years, I have guided several young VI athletes in race settings and volunteered for Learn2Tri, Train2Race, and Kids Camps. Each experience with Dare2Tri introduces me to the coolest people and leaves me so inspired to push my own athletic limits. This fall, I will be running the Chicago Marathon (my first ever!) to raise money and awareness for an organization that I love and to personally develop as a long-distance athlete. I am also super excited to be able to race with my dad, as we get one step closer to our shared goal of completing our first full Ironman together in 2024!

Thank you so much for donating! Your donation goes directly to funding equipment, transportation, and coaching for paratriathletes of all levels, and we really appreciate your help eliminating the cost barrier that comes with the sport. If you're interested in learning more about Dare2Tri and their mission, visit their website at dare2tri.org. And, if you want to get involved, I would highly recommend signing up to volunteer for one of their camps this summer. Trust me, the experience will change your life!
