An ASA Student Wingman is a high school or college volunteer runner in a local ASA Community who empowers an ASA Athlete to train for and participate in mainstream running events.
They have read and agree to the Student Wingman Guidelines and the commitments laid out in that document.

ASA will provide every Student Wingman with 3 free races a year: the ASA RunFest (spring) and 2 others of your choice assigned through the Wish List process for the summer and fall seasons

Commitments:

Attend a minimum of 1 ASA group run a month (mid March- mid December)
Participate in 2-3 races a year with ASA
Fundraise $150 for The Wingman Program by December 15th ($75 if only 1 semester) (check out fundraising credit opportunities here)
Keep track of time spent at Group Runs and races for ASA to sign off on all hours for service learning requirements
Agree to follow ASA's Covid Policy
