2024 Signature Chefs Feeding Motherhood of NW AR

I am incredibly honored to Chair the March of Dimes Signature Chefs event. March of Dimes is a tremendous organization that benefits so many families across the country by promoting maternal and infant health through support of research, education, and advocacy. For me and my family, this organization carries personal significance. My family means everything to me. I am blessed to have such an awesome wife, Kelcey, and two fantastic children, Vivienne and Liam. I know that having a healthy family is not a blessing to be taken for granted, as Kelcey went through two serious health scares over the past few years. Also, my mom, Donna, has been a Labor and Delivery nurse at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Indiana for over 30 years. Growing up, I always knew if my mom had a difficult night at work when she came home and wasn’t her positive, smiling, and upbeat self. She would let me know if she had to send a baby to a NICU, a baby that wasn’t born completely healthy, or any other circumstance that could lead to a somber outcome for what should be one of the happiest moments. Both of my nephews have had stints in NICUs as well, so I have witnessed firsthand the stress and fear that these experiences can cause on families and parents. Having a healthy and happy family is one of life’s greatest treasures and a cause that we will strive to share with as many people as we can impact!
