Approximately 86.5% of the students at schools Crayons to Classrooms serves come from low-income families. These families struggle to make ends meet, and school supplies fall to the bottom of the list.
The result is a gap in learning for students at under-resourced schools. Teachers bear the burden—and often, the costs—of bridging that gap.
When students have the right tools for learning, their participation improves, their confidence increases, and their self-esteem grows.
Stuff the Bus is one way to support students in need, and their teachers! When you donate to Crayons to Classrooms, you are helping to provide these basic school supplies.
