2025 Bank of America Chicago Marathon supporting March of Dimes

I'm running for my brother, Caleb, the Holsteins, and to continue bringing awareness to March of Dimes and their efforts to end preventable maternal health risks and death as well as preterm birth.
I used to loathe running and would do anything to avoid running workouts. About two years ago, however, I was motivated by a couple of co-workers to give it a try. It wasn't easy to start and has been a rather slow journey. Even still, though I wouldn't say I now love running, it's become something I do look forward too. I've done a couple races in the past—but is this by far my most ambitious run yet!
In 2025, I'll be running in the Chicago Marathon as part of the wonderful March of Dimes team. I heard of March of Dimes through our friends, the Holsteins. Last April, we joined their group to March for Cohen in the March of Dimes 5k walk. And now, I get to continue that journey through this opportunity. I'm feeling all sorts of emotions, but mostly I'm excited to be part of the movement to create positive change for moms and babies everywhere, especially those most at risk.
With preterm birth and maternal death rates continuing to rise, I’m committed to raising funds so that every family gets the best possible start. But I need your help. I'm fundraising on behalf of March of Dimes as a partner in this race. You can make a donation here and then go visit the March of Dimes page to learn more about what they do and how they help. Together we’ll be part of a movement to make America a more equitable place and ensure that every mom and baby is healthy.
