March of Dimes Chicago Proudly Announces Tom Koltun as the 2025 Fields Family Legacy Award Honoree​.​

​March of Dimes Chicago is thrilled to recognize Tom Koltun as the 2025 recipient of the Fields Family Legacy Award.​

​Established in 2017, this prestigious award honors the remarkable contributions of Dan and Amy Fields and their family, long-time supporters of March of Dimes. It celebrates individuals who demonstrate extraordinary generosity, leadership, and unwavering commitment to the organization’s mission.​

Tom Koltun, President of Kolcraft Enterprises—a third-generation, family-owned company specializing in innovative baby products for nearly 80 years—embodies the spirit of this award. His journey with March of Dimes began in 2014, inspired by the shared dedication of both Kolcraft and the organization to support babies and families.​

​Since then, Tom has been a passionate and consistent advocate, championing major initiatives like March for Babies and Signature Chefs: Feeding Motherhood. His leadership and dedication have left a lasting impact.​

​As Chair of Chicago March for Babies in 2018, Tom mobilized Kolcraft employees and integrated the mission into the company culture. Under his leadership, Team Kolcraft has raised nearly $250,000 over the years.​

​From 2020 to 2022, Tom served as Co-Chair of Signature Chefs: Feeding Motherhood, helping to raise nearly $2 million. The Chicago event earned the distinction of being the top March of Dimes Chefs event in the nation twice during his tenure.​

​We are honored to celebrate Tom’s incredible legacy and tireless commitment to improving the health of moms and babies at this year’s Signature Chefs event, which will take place on Friday, November 14 at the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel in Chicago.
