🚗 Parking Instructions

All participants, volunteers, and spectators will enter through:

Gate #1 – Adam’s Way (look for the hot air balloon water tower)

Parking attendants will guide you to the lot in front of the Walmart Administration Building and the graveled overflow lot.
Please follow all directions for safe and efficient parking.

🗺️ What to Do When You Arrive

🙋‍♀️ Volunteer Check-In – Arrival @ 7:00 AM

Go to the Welcome Center (look for “Volunteer Check-In” signage).
Receive your assignment.
Grab a snack at the Welcome Center.
Head to your designated area for volunteer assignment.

👟 Runner Check-In – Arrival @ 7:30–8:15 AM

Head to the Welcome Center to check in and pick up your bib and t-shirt.
Follow signs for Pre-Registered, 5K, or Fun Run to get in the correct line.
Head to Victory Circle and enjoy pre-race breakfast.
Check out our sponsor tents for giveaway items and learn more about their amazing support for Camp!
Soak in the energy and get ready to race!

🥯 Pre & Post-Race Refreshments

Available 7:30 – 10:30 AM in Victory Circle:

Biscuitville biscuits (ham, sausage, and butter)
Panera Bread (bagels – cream cheese)
Krispy Kreme doughnuts
Fresh fruit (bananas, apples, oranges)
Water and other beverages

📍 Race Start Location & Route

NEW ROUTE Run to Victory 5K route is now exclusively hosted throughout Victory Junction’s beautiful campus!

Run to Victory Fun Run – In the HEART of CAMP- a lap around Victory Circle

Start/Finish line is located at the catwalk over Victory Circle (in front of the Gym)

🏃 Please plan to line up 15 minutes before your race starts.

Join us at 10:15 AM in Victory Circle for awards and fundraising recognitions!
