The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office is proud to participate in the 2026 Boulder Polar Plunge in support of Special Olympics Colorado. This outstanding organization serves more than 28,000 athletes across the state, promoting inclusion and empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities through sport, competition, and community.
On April 4, 2026, our team, The Shiver Show, will take the plunge at Boulder Reservoir. We're jumping into freezing water to support athletes who demonstrate courage, determination, and resilience every day.
We encourage members of our community to join The Shiver Show and plunge alongside us, or support the team with a donation. Every dollar raised helps provide year-round training, competition, and opportunities for Special Olympics athletes.
