We're Pulling for a Purpose!
On Saturday, August 29th, Longmont Police Department and their families are taking on the 2026 Smile Generation Denver Plane Pull, presented by United Airlines, to raise money for Special Olympics Colorado! Yep, you read that right—we’ll be pulling a whole United Airlines plane 12 feet across the tarmac as fast as we can! ✈️
The money raised supports the 30,000+ incredible athletes that Special Olympics Colorado serves. This organization is more than just sports—it’s about joy, friendships, and inclusion for Coloradans with intellectual disabilities.
How can you help?
Our GOAL is to be the fastest pulling team AND the to be the highest funraising team, but we can't do it without your help! Your donation—big or small—makes a huge impact and will help us fund athletes full year of participation in Special Olympics. Not able to donate? Come cheer us on in-person. The louder the cheers, the faster pull!
