Community Fitness Challenge

321 Knockout is an exciting community fitness challenge challenge and fundraiser bringing together individuals with Down syndrome, caregivers, siblings, and community members for a morning of movement, fun, inclusion, and connection. All abilities are welcome.

Athletes are encouraged to ignite their training now through June, build their momentum in July, and be ready for the big event on August 8th!

321 Knockout Day

On the big day, individuals with Down syndrome and community members will participate in timed rounds. These rounds will consist of nine activity stations - fun, interactive challenges hosted by community sponsors - keeping athletes moving and engaged. Lastly comes the 321 Boxathon where athletes will do high-energy punch rounds on the bag (supporters are invited to donate $1 per punch building excitement and real impact)!

Sideline Energy & Prizes

With your cheer team along, we'll have activity sessions for everyone like yoga, plus fun raffle prizes, awards, and cool giveaways from our community sponsors!
