On September 19, 2026, our community will come together once again for the 2nd Annual Hike for Hope — a powerful day of connection, remembrance, healing, and action in support of suicide prevention and mental well-being in Blaine County.
Hosted by the The Crisis Hotline in partnership with the Suicide Prevention Coalition of TogetherWe and the Love Like Ky Foundation, Hike for Hope is more than a fundraiser — it is a community movement built on the belief that no one should struggle alone.
Together, we are creating a culture where:
Whether you hike in honor of someone you love, to support life-saving services, or simply because you believe in building a stronger and more connected community — your participation matters.
$30 - Adults / $10 - Youth
Every registration, donation, sponsorship, and peer-to-peer fundraiser helps support:
The Hike for Hope is rooted in collaboration, connection, and a shared belief that suicide prevention and mental wellness belong to all of us. This year, again three local organizations are coming together to expand the reach, impact, and heart of this community-wide effort: The Crisis Hotline, the Suicide Prevention Coalition through TogetherWe, and Love Like Ky.
Each organization brings something meaningful and important to the table. The Crisis Hotline provides trusted, immediate crisis support and a long-standing commitment to ensuring no one in our community has to struggle alone. TogetherWe’s Suicide Prevention Coalition brings partners together around education, awareness, prevention strategies, and community-wide coordination. Love Like Ky brings the powerful voice of lived experience, remembrance, advocacy, and hope for families and individuals impacted by suicide loss.
The Hike for Hope is more than a walk up a mountain—it is a community experience designed to bring people together around hope, mental well-being, and the belief that no one should have to struggle alone.
Whether you're hiking in honor of someone you love, supporting a friend, representing your organization, or simply looking for a way to make a difference, you'll find a welcoming place here.
Gather with friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors as we kick off the day together. Participants will check in, connect with fellow hikers, and hear a brief welcome before heading out on the trail.
Choose the route that works best for you:
• Carbonate Hill Hike
• Compassion Trail (ADA-accessible route)
• Virtual participation from anywhere
Every step helps raise awareness and support local suicide prevention and mental well-being initiatives.
Throughout the day you'll see individuals, families, businesses, schools, faith communities, and organizations walking side-by-side for a common purpose.
Expect encouragement, meaningful conversations, and reminders that hope grows when people come together.
This community gathering space celebrates the many people and organizations working every day to strengthen mental well-being in our valley.

The Hope Resource Garden is designed to help participants discover resources, build new connections, and learn about ways to stay involved throughout the year.
Enjoy a welcoming atmosphere filled with music, community connection, and opportunities to reflect on the impact we can make when we support one another.
Take photos with your team, meet new people, share your story, and celebrate the collective effort that makes this event possible. Our hope is that every participant leaves feeling more connected, more informed, and more hopeful than when they arrived.
