The Board of Friends of Alice Austen House (AAH) want to raise awareness and financial support for our historic house and contemporary photography museum. Residing in a fifteen-acre waterfront public park, AAH offers one of the few public access points to the Staten Island North Shore. Together, the AAH and Park serve as a safe space for our community to enjoy indoor and outdoor exhibitions, a variety of arts performances, regular family programming, and community partner events.
Your donation today supports AAH's ability to:
- Host 30-40 annual outdoor public programs at Alice Austen Park - mostly free!
- Teach over 4,000 Staten Island students through k-12 programs
- Offer free in-person and virtual artist talks and exhibition openings
- Guide in-person tours of our historic location
- Present three annual photography exhibitions
In appreciation for your donation, the AAH will acknowledge your generosity:
At the $25 level - An individual membership to the museum
At the $50 level - A family membership to the museum
At the $150 level - A family membership + a holiday wreath on the white picket fence surrounding the park with a custom dedication
At the $500 level - a family membership + holiday wreath + museum acknowledgement at the 2023 Triennial Exhibition from March - June 2023
