​​The Annual Summer Children’s Theatre Festival has been an ACC Theatre tradition for over thirty-five years. The cast of the two productions in the Festival consists entirely of children ages 6-17 from all around the Alvin area. Throughout the course of the program, participants experience a full audition, rehearsal, and performance process. For many of these young people, this is their first opportunity to participate in theatre. Each summer, we open our doors to local daycare groups to come and see the Festival performances, allowing these children to experience live theatre as well.
