About Angel's Catwalk

There are heroes that walk among us every day. For those that donate an organ to a friend, loved one or anonymously, there are many risks involved. However the gift of life is a far bigger reward.

We invite you to join us for the 6th Annual Donor Catwalk in support of The Angels Catwalk for SickKids event to raise awareness for organ and tissue donation, beadonor.ca, and to celebrate your hero. Last year it was one of the many highlights of the night!

We want you to ‘strut your stuff’ in support of transplant research, education and innovation at SickKids. Register today to start or join a Donor Catwalk team and help bring awareness to organ and tissue donation and improve the health of transplant recipients!

    Ashley's Story

Ashley was a very healthy two-year-old when she suddenly became jaundiced. She was brought to SickKids and, after a number of tests, Ashley was diagnosed with Pediatric Acute Liver Failure (PALF), a rare and frequently fatal diagnosis in children. Ashley received a precious gift from her aunt, a portion of her liver, and she is now a thriving twelve-year-old girl who amazes everyone she meets each and every day.
Proceeds from this event will support SickKids Transplant Centre and Liver Transplant Research, Education, and Innovation.
