On Saturday, March 15, 2025, I am participating in Bounce Back from Cancer™ - an incredible event powered by The Miami HEAT and Baptist Health Foundation. This is not just a fundraiser—it’s a movement, and it has become the largest cancer fundraiser in Miami HEAT and NBA history, raising over $4.1 million in 2024 alone! This year, I’m dribbling my way to the finish line at the Kaseya Center, taking on the challenge of:

Full Court Challenge - 14.2 miles from Miami Cancer Institute
Half Court - 6 miles from Regatta Park in Coconut Grove
Final Stretch - 2 miles from The Underline in Brickell's Backyard

Every step, every dribble, and every dollar raised will fuel lifesaving research and clinical trials at Baptist Health Miami Cancer Institute. This means better treatments, more breakthroughs, and hope for those fighting cancer.

What is Bounce Back from Cancer™

We believe a world free from cancer is possible. That’s why we created Bounce Back from Cancer™, a game-changing partnership between The Miami HEAT and Baptist Health Foundation to raise funds for new lifesaving cancer research at Baptist Health Miami Cancer Institute.

Baptist Health Foundation is dedicated to inspiring philanthropy to support Baptist Health, a not-for-profit healthcare organization committed to medical excellence and the health, well-being and extraordinary care of our South Florida communities.

Now in its sixth year, Bounce Back from Cancer™ brings our community together on a basketball dribble on a variety of courses through the streets of Miami, to raise critical funds for breakthrough cancer research and clinical trials. Last year’s event raised over $4.1 million dollars. Bounce Back from Cancer™ 2025 promises to be bigger and better than ever, as we shoot for the moon with a goal of $5 million, 2,000 participants and over 8,000 donors.
