What is Bowl for Kids’ Sake?
Bowl for Kids’ Sake is a fun, family-friendly event that raises money to support 1-to-1 mentoring programs for youth facing adversity in your community. It costs $2,000 to recruit, screen, train, and support a match between a Big and a Little. This is your chance to IGNITE POTENTIAL!
How does bowling help kids?
Bowl for Kids’ Sake is our longest running fundraising event, making it possible to support one to one mentoring relationships in McDonough and Warren Counties. Money raised is used to match Bigs and Littles, ensure child safety, fund healthy activities, and provide professional support to help build and sustain long-lasting relationships. Have fun bowling, while changing the lives of local youth!
How do I get involved?
Step 1: Register A Team!
Form teams of 5/6 bowlers, choose your hour to bowl, and register! Team captains can register their teams, and bowlers can join a team, all online. A minimum of $150 per team must be raised in order to participate in Team Bowl. A team who registers and raises $300 and registers by October 15th will receive an official BFKS tshirt for all team members in addition to 1.5 hour of bowling, refreshments and prizes. Sign up today by selecting the Register a Team button. Note: the fee paid at registration is applied to your overall team/individual goal.
Step 2: Fundraise to reach your goal.
When you register online, you will be prompted to set up your online fundraising page to share with supporters. This is the most successful way to reach your goal! Friends and family can support your team easily and safely by making a gift online. You can add to your total by doing fun fundraisers, collect donations, and turn money in at the event.
Step 3: Come Celebrate!
Come out and bowl with your community at Digger’s College City Bowl on Saturday November 9th on your selected shift time! Dress in your best tropical attire for a chance to win "Best Dressed" Team for your shift!

How Your Support Makes a Difference!
By supporting Bowl for Kids' Sake, you are helping raise funds to support our one-to-one mentoring program in McDonough and Warren counties. BBBS has served our community by providing consistent and high impact programing. The organization has a local advisory board of community volunteers, a professional staff, and an office located in Macomb, IL.
The local chapter has impacted over 1,500 children since its inception. Funds are exclusively used to support the local mentoring program.
