Our mission is to provide exceptional complex care and education for children as young as infants and ages through young adulthood – your support empowers us to go beyond the basics of care provided for by Medicaid and school district funding.
Contributions ensure:
- Classrooms can take field trips every week to explore the world around us, learn new things, and experience many life activities similar to their peers
- Purchase needed equipment that is beyond the traditional funding. Examples: classroom tables, specialized beds, stretchers, seating and positioning options, swings, playground equipment, etc.
- Staff have access to a wide array of professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, conference or workshop participation, certificate courses that expand their care and educational impact.
- Cedarcrest can partner with other community organizations for the children and youth to participate in recreational activities such as NHDI, YMCA programs, Camp at Stonewall Farm, visits from Amazing Grace Animal Sanctuary or Freedom Reins, Vermont Institute of Natural Sciences or Wildlife Encounters.
