How Your Support Makes a Difference

On Track to Success

The On Track to Success program wraps support around a young person and their family to help them graduate high school and go on to college, university or a trade. They’ll have access to services including tutoring, individualized support, social and recreational activities, and volunteer, career and social mentoring opportunities.

Over 125 students enrolled in the On Track to Success program.

95.8% of students graduated high school on time – 11.6% higher than the provincial average.

Thank you for your support!
