CLIMB the height of El Capitan (3000 feet) in Yosemite National Park

BIKE for 6, 12, or 24 hours

PADDLE the distance of the Nantahala River (48 miles), one of the most famous rivers in the Southeast

....all in ONE MONTH!!

Once you've selected your challenge, you'll create your fundraising page to share with friends and family. Join or create a team, or compete as an individual! The choice of challenge and the month to complete it is entirely up to you. So pick your challenge, set your month, and get moving!

Why Does It Matter?

Meet Courtney. Courtney has Cerebral Palsy (CP); a condition marked by impaired muscle coordination. Due to difficulty balancing and a limited range of motion, Courtney has been unable to ride a bike — until she found out about Catalysts Sports!

“Catalysts Sports helped me find an amazing community of helpful and kind people who taught me how to use an adaptive bike and connected me with Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) which just gave me the grant to get my own adaptive bike!! I am beyond thankful. Words cannot express my excitement.”

The southeast has the largest percentage of individuals with disabilities and yet the most limiting access to the outdoors across the country. Did you know that 1 in 4 Americans have a disability and 1 in 7 have a disability that affects their mobility? We believe that everyone should have access to these opportunities, and are on a mission to make it happen.
