SFA is closely following the federal government and individual state reopening plans and is taking this into consideration as we make decisions about our Race to Cure Sarcoma events. We will make decisions about moving dates or changing to virtual events as we get closer to each race (usually about 6 weeks out).
As this is a very dynamic situation, we are doing our best to be patient while balancing what is best for the community. We believe hosting the event in person, if possible, is an important part of our Race to Cure Sarcoma series because it is a way to bring the sarcoma community together, especially after this very trying time. However, SFA will keep the health and safety of our participants top of mind when making decisions on the current event dates.
Please keep checking back and monitoring your emails as we will post updates on our website and send out email communications as decisions are made.
Thank you for standing with us as we navigate this difficult situation.
The 147 acre Edgewater Park is the westernmost park in Cleveland Metroparks Lakefront Reservation. Edgewater Park features 9000 feet of shoreline, dog and swim beaches, boat ramps, fishing pier, picnic areas and grills and a rentable pavilion.
