The Journey 🗺️
Buckle up! We’re moving our (virtual-electric, of course) DREAM buses from the West Coast all the way to Camp DREAM in Northern Vermont—just in time to celebrate the launch of our DREAM Scholarship Fund (DSF) 🎓. Your efforts will help fund post-secondary opportunities for our DREAMers.
Event Details 📆
Mark your calendar: Coast-2-Camp runs from Tuesday, March 4, 2025, to Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Expect tons of fun challenges and camaraderie as we “travel” across the country through three DREAM regions, all leading to Camp DREAM!
The Route 🛣️
We’re kicking off in sunny San Diego, then hitting the legendary Route 66. From Chicago, we’ll head east to Philadelphia before making our final push north to Boston then toward the Camp DREAM adventure base. Each team will “log” about 3,500 miles—are you up for the challenge?

Choose your team and fill your bus! This year, we’re asking everyone to rally behind the DSF 🎓. While you’re welcome to support any initiative, let’s work together to give more DREAMers the chance to achieve post-secondary success!

Every team is raising funds for an initiative that helps DREAM close the opportunity gap. These initiatives include:
- Raising money for The DREAM Scholarship Fund to remove barriers to post-secondary education.
- Fund DREAM Friday activities like trips to local museums, holiday parties, and program culminating events.
- Offering daily, high quality enrichment programming throughout the year.
- Matching caring college student mentors with DREAM youth.
- Fund a scholarship for a DREAMer to attend Camp DREAM.
- Increasing program accessibility by removing barriers to DREAM’s mentoring and enrichment programming.
Your Support Makes a Difference
The DREAM Program is doing work throughout Vermont, Boston, and Philadelphia to close the opportunity gap for at-promise children and teens through deep community collaboration and sustained mentoring relationships.
Many children and youth lack access to developmental resources that should be basic rights, and this can be a barrier to achieving their full potential. DREAM’s goal is to fill that gap through offering programs and relationships intended to empower youth. We envision a future where every child and teen, regardless of their background, thrives with equitable and sustainable support. We provide these services to communities, for youth and families who each have unique backgrounds and lived experiences.
