Support Veterans with a Great Fundraising Workout!

Sweat to support combat-injured veterans and help the Catch A Lift Fund (CAL) provide tools for fitness, wellness, nutrition and community support to thousands of American veterans.
GYM OWNERS & MANAGERS - engage your members and community while raising funds to provide tools for fitness and wellness to combat-injured veterans across America.  Pick a date and time that works for you, sign up your gym and get a custom fundraising page to share with your members and community, T-shirts for Team Captains, suggested workouts, and a promotional box with CAL flyers, wristbands, a flag and poster, plus social media and email templates to help spread the word to your members and community.
Sign up takes a few minutes and every gym gets a custom fundraising page, promotional materials and T-shirts for Team Captains.  Spreading the word to members, friends, and family is quick and easy with our email and social media templates, and CAL handles all registrations, donations, and shirt orders.  Plus we have suggested workouts for every type of gym (and each gym is free to do any workout of its choosing).
There's no fee for a gym to sign up, registration for participants is just $35, and donations of any amount are welcome.  Every registrant receives a super soft Catch A Lift T-shirt.

Workout to support fitness for veterans!

Sign up your gym to support combat-injured veterans!

Gyms across America can engage their members and communities while helping combat-injured veterans heal holistically.  Host a Coffland Hero Challenge at your gym and support the mission of the Catch A Lift Fund, a 501c3 non-profit that provides tools for fitness and wellness to combat-injured veterans.
Many gyms choose the Coffland Hero WOD as the event workout - accumulate a 6-minute hang from a pull up bar, and with each drop, run 800 meters and complete 30 push ups before getting back on the bar.  CAL provides modified, scaled and adaptive versions of this workout, plus low-and no-equipment versions, and gyms are free to choose whatever workout best fits their members and facility!

How You Make a Difference

A gym is more than just a gym...

Your generosity provides CAL veterans with gym memberships, home equipment, coaching, programming, nutritional guidance, and a whole lot more.  But that's just the beginning for the thousands of combat injured veterans we serve.
At CAL, we understand that focusing on fitness leads to holistic healing and recovery, eases symptoms of traumatic brain injury, post-traumatic stress and depression, reduces reliance on pharmaceuticals, rebuilds self-reliance, and allows veterans to reengage with other veterans, their families, and their communities.
Your support enables CAL to continue its mission of helping veterans help themselves heal and recover through fitness, wellness, nutrition, and community.

Thank you for your support!
