Join us for SERIOUS FUN at the 33rd Annual Oregon Cancer Ski Out (OCSO). In 1988, a small group of friends created the OCSO as a way to positively channel their sadness and frustration over the loss of loved ones due to cancer. We raise funds to aid cancer research, help those fighting cancer, and child cancer support. Generous sponsors, donors, dedicated race participants, and more have raised over $1,500,000 for this cause.
What is the OCSO: This is a one-of-a kind fundraising event that brings together skiers and snow boarders in teams of four to RAISE FUNDS for the fight against cancer. This is not an expert ski event as the race is formatted to reward consistency, not speed. All ages and abilities are invited; experts not required! What's raised here, stays here; all funds given to local cancer organizations.
We have big changes this year, we are moving to a one-day race event on Sunday March 13th, 2022. Teams will be made up of 4 skiers this year and the team entry will only be $795. Race will be 2 runs in the morning and 2 in the afternoon and back to the same formula as past years with every team running the same course.
Included for all team members:
* Entry to Race/lift ticket if not a season pass holder to Mt. Hood Meadows
* Saturday Dinner/auction at the Mt. Hood Oregon Resort
* Breakfast/lunch Sunday at Mt. Hood Meadows
* Photo package
* CSO Buff
Saturday evening will be our Auction and get together for teams and all involved at Mt. Hood Oregon Resort. Details will be emailed to all participants after the first of the year.
PRIZES TOO!
Top 3 Race teams will win prizes similar to those in past years. Top 3 fundraising teams will also win prizes for each team member. Let's get out there and raise some money for a great cause!
