Greetings!
I'm participating in the Derby Dash 5k for We Can Ride because it's a cause that's important to me! I believe that the benefits of connecting horses and humans enriches lives in many ways. I'll be getting outside and getting active to support the important work that We Can Ride does in making horses and the outdoors accessible for not only able bodied people in our community, but for people of all ages with special needs.
Our grandsons have benefitted greatly. Jordan was not walking at age 4 and after a session Hippotherapy, he started walking and today is hard to keep up with!
It takes upkeep to feed, vet bills, shelter for the horses. I'm hoping Tim and I can help make a difference as this program offers so much hope.

As most of you are aware Jordan as been taking Hippotherapy for some time to help him with physical, occupational and speech therapy. At 4 he was not walking, but after a season of therapy he started walking and now we can’t keep up with him! Theo is now taking the program to help strengthen him as well. We find this therapy amazing and life changing. Costs go up for care of horses and we so believe in this program, we ask if you can donate to this cause. Thank you in advance!
