The Outfit a Child campaign is a virtual fundraising initiative for the OKC/BRT Back-to-School Dinner Event. This campaign, also known as the paperdoll goal sheet program, allows people to register as individuals or teams and virtually fundraise in their own way while still helping impact the lives of children and families in the care of Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children. Even though this is a virtual initiative, the needs are real.
OBHC's campus ministries depend on the financial support raised through the OKC/BRT Back-to-School Dinner Event in order to maintain the necessary care provided for the children and families at Baptist Children’s Home, Oklahoma City and Boys Ranch Town, Edmond.
When you help outfit a child, you help provide back-to-school clothes and other basic needs of the children and families in OBHC's care. Your role in this effort to help children and families cannot be over stated:
"WE NEED YOUR HELP TO OUTFIT A CHILD AND CHANGE THE TRAJECTORY OF A CHILD’S LIFE. TOGETHER WE WILL EMPOWER POTENTIAL AND IMPACT FUTURES!"
PARTICIPATING IS EASY!
Just follow these 4 steps:
- REGISTER – Register as an individual, team or join a team already participating. Friends, family, coworkers, Sunday School groups…anyone can be on a team.
