About Tributes and Memorials

Creating a tribute page is a simple yet meaningful way to honor or memorialize a friend or loved one and support the mission of  the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation. Tributes help celebrate one's life and helps the Foundation in our quest to find cures for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.

A tribute page allows you to share your loved one’s story with friends and family regardless of where they live. Visitors to your page can take action by making a donation in lieu of gifts or flowers, posting messages of encouragement, or by sharing your page with family and friends.
