We see the incredible needs within our own community for mentors, volunteers, and supporters who are ready to put forth the effort to partner with the families of our students and the students themselves in order to inspire, nurture, and motivate them towards a bright future.

Our Mission is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.

· In its simplest form, CIS of Chesterfield is a dropout prevention program.

· We partner with our community through public schools chosen based on need.

· Our site coordinators manage ongoing initiatives at each school we partner with.

· More than 1,000 volunteers support our programs and events each year.
