I am excited and honored to dance the night away and support the National Kidney Foundation of Arizona. I’m a blessed working mom of two active boys, Carson and Davis, and wife to my amazing firefighter husband, Rich. We love sports, family, friends, food and having fun in everything we do! I’m always on the move and there is never a dull moment in our lives.  Although I am completely TERRIFIED to participate in Dancing with the Stars Arizona 2020, I am excited to give it my all and TRY to strut my stuff for this incredible cause!

As a physician, I diagnose people with kidney disease every day. I specialize in pediatric radiology, devoting my heart and expertise to treating babies and children with the disease, some on fetal imaging before they are even born. I often care for babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit- another place close to my heart. Our first son was born premature and spent some time in the NICU, so I know personally how emotional and trying medical illness can be for families. However, I believe even a bumpy journey can be a beautiful experience, and I strive to play a positive role in caring for each and every one of my patients.

When I’m not practicing my dance moves, you can find me at Dignity Health, St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. I am surrounded by the most wonderful team of radiologists, other physicians and healthcare members at St Joes.  I am passionate about teaching and love being the Diagnostic Radiology program director for Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix.

My firefighter husband, Rich, is my high school sweetheart.  We aim to raise our 2 boys to find a passion, fulfill it and pay it forward. I graciously thank you for your support and could not do this without each of you!  I am humbled, grateful and, frankly, so very terrified for the opportunity to partake in this fun-filled event and support the National Kidney Foundation of Arizona!
