Maggie Ethier

Maggie Germaine Ethier is an Arizona native, growing up in Mesa with her three sporty sisters and supportive parents, Norm and Cara. Maggie has been married to Andre, her college sweetheart, best friend and love of her life for 17 years. Maggie's greatest calling in life is being a full time mom to her four amazing kids, Dre (14), Rett (12), Everly (6), and Sonny (5). In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, skiing, and traveling. Maggie is a former college athlete, competing as a gymnast for Arizona State University. She was inducted into the Sundevil Hall of Fame as a two-time All-American and current record holder of scoring the most perfect 10's. With an 18 year gymnastics career in her past, Maggie is very familiar with dancing and performing however, she feels way outside of her comfort zone in the ballroom setting. It has been fun for her to put so much time and energy into her dance lessons and to channel perfectionism again in order to put on the best performance she can. Maggie was inspired to compete in the Dancing with the Stars Arizona event as a special way to honor her grandfather, Norman Joseph Germaine Sr (Joe) who passed away from renal cancer in 2002 and to encourage her awesome Uncle Eddie who is battling stage 4 kidney disease in his fight with Diabetes.
