About D'Youville Steppin' Out for Seniors Virtual Walk
This year to keep our community safe, our Steppin’ Out for Seniors event, which is normally a 1-mile walk around our campus in Lowell, MA, will occur virtually from a location of your choice!
Please join us and VIRTUALLY and walk a mile of your choosing anytime between October 1 – 31st, 2020.
All proceeds from our VIRTUAL Raffle will benefit D’Youville Life & Wellness Community and our PPE/COVID-19 Fund.
Where can You Walk? Virtually, ANYWHERE… here’s some ideas:
• In your neighborhood
• A favorite local hiking trail
• In your backyard
• Walk around your house
• On the treadmill at your home or gym
• An indoor obstacle course through your home or yard
—the options are endless!

How Your Support Makes a Difference
This year we need your help more than ever! With nursing homes, assisted living and rehab facilities particularly vulnerable to COVID-19, we estimate we are spending over $2,000 a day to keep our staff and residents safe. PPE needs include Gowns and Face Shields for our front line staff on some units and situations, including our outdoor socially-distanced visits for families.
