Brave like Bennett

When we come together, we are stronger together.

Hello! Over the past year, our family has been impacted by epilepsy in a big way, which is why we’ve decided to participate in the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota’s Walk—to raise awareness and support others affected by epilepsy and seizures.

Our 4-year-old son, Bennett, was diagnosed with epilepsy in December 2025 and has since been diagnosed with Doose Syndrome. Through all the pokes, ambulance rides, and everything in between, he has been incredibly brave. We started calling him “Brave Bennett” during those moments, which is where our team name, Brave Like Bennett, comes from.

We’ve been documenting his journey, and you can follow along here: https://www.facebook.com/share/g/195THSThqn/
