Almost Home's Empower campaign begins November 13, 2024, at 2:00 pm.
Our 5th annual 24-hour virtual fundraiser will raise funds to ensure a safe, supportive home and access to services that empower young moms to create better futures for themselves and their children.

The teen moms who come to Almost Home are often afraid, ashamed, and uncertain. They have no place to call home, but they remain hopeful because of their children. Once settled at Almost Home, the young moms create plans for a better future and get busy with setting goals and working towards achieving those goals.
