The On Track to Success program wraps support around a young person and their family to help them graduate high school and go on to college, university or a trade. On Track to Success runs in three priority neighbourhoods, including Leamington, West Windsor and Downtown Windsor - supporting students from grades 9 to 12. 

Students enrolled in the On Track to Success program will have the opportunity to earn up to $4,000 for post-secondary education. They’ll also have access to services including tutoring, individualized support, social and recreational activities, and volunteer, career and social mentoring opportunities.
