About Walk to END EPILEPSY – Lehigh Valley

THE WALK TO END EPILEPSY – LEHIGH VALLEY RETURNS TO UPPER SAUCON TOWNSHIP COMMUNITY PARK ON SATURDAY, JUNE 08, 2024!

Mark your calendars, recruit your loved ones, form your walk teams, and pick out your best purple shirt for Saturday, June 8th! We are taking action to END EPILEPSY, celebrate the Epilepsy Warriors in our lives, and meet others experiencing similar challenges.

We cannot do it without you. Now is the time to raise critical funds and awareness to support the EFEPA's free programs, resources, and services. By participating in the Walk, you can be a pivotal part in the fight to END EPILEPSY and a powerful inspiration for others to join you.

Together, we can make strides to END the fear, END seizures, END the isolation, END the silence, and END the stigma those living with epilepsy may face.

We want to hear your story. Send your reason for joining the Walk to END EPILEPSY to the EFEPA’s Communications Manager, Zoe, at zheller@efepa.org to be featured on our social media channels. Plus, be sure to use the hashtag #WhyIWalk in your own posts.

Why Participate?

By participating in the Walk to END EPILEPSY – Pennsylvania Series you are not only uniting with people across the nation, but igniting inspiration right in your own backyard.

The Walks are non-competitive, family friendly and open to the public. They are designed to be a celebration of the community while raising critical funds and awareness for the EFEPA and our local efforts.

The Walk to END EPILEPSY events are free to register with fundraising strongly encouraged. As always, all proceeds will immediately go towards the continuation and expansion of the free programs, resources and support services provided right here in Lehigh Valley.

We walk to build community so that no one feels alone in their diagnosis. We walk so kids can attend Camp Achieve.  We walk to raise awareness and build supportive, seizure-safe communities. We Walk to END EPILEPSY.

Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those affected by epilepsy. Will you join us?
