Music brings joy when we are happy
Music brings healing when we are sad
Musicians have the power to change lives
But not every child has the fortune to obtain a musical education
I believe Education Through Music's (ETM) mission of "providing music as a core subject for all children, and utilizing music education as a catalyst to improve academic achievement, motivation for school and self-confidence"
I am honored to be partnering with ETM to run the 50th NYC Marathon and help raise money for underserved children living in the Greater New York City area in order to provide them access to music education!
