I am fundraising to support Team Boomer, the Boomer Esiason Foundation, and the entire cystic fibrosis community!

Johnson Elementary discovered the story “65 Roses for Cystic Fibrosis” and wanted nothing more than to get all hands in as we join Team Boomer in making CF stand for "Cure Found"!  We will complete a school-wide, 2 week-long, virtual fun run to support the efforts in finding a cure for Cystic Fibrosis.   

INSTRUCTIONS: Color a rose for each mile your team of family & friends complete during the weeks of April 23rd - May 7, 2021.  EXAMPLE: One student can record the miles from their parents, cousins, neighbors, and/or friends that are completed the weeks of April 23rd - May 7, 2021.

What is Team Boomer

Team Boomer is the athletic division of the Boomer Esiason Foundation.
We work to encourage people with cystic fibrosis to live active, healthy lifestyles.
We welcome any advocate to join the team to raise funds and awareness for the CF community.

How does Team Boomer help?

The money raised by our Team Boomer athletes helps fund our scholarships, transplant grants, disaster relief program, and a number of educational resources.
