I am fundraising to support Team Boomer, the Boomer Esiason Foundation, and the entire cystic fibrosis community!

"C3 on Route 66" is our effort to help fight Cystic Fibrosis, and empower people who live with this disease to lead full, active, healthy lives. We are committed to a once-in-a-lifetime TWO WEEK drive down the famous 2400 mile "Mother Road" ROUTE 66 from Chicago to Santa Monica, California, in May, 2024. Our goal is RAISING MONEY for research to eliminate Cystic Fibrosis, and to assist those who have CF to participate in active, healthy lifestyle choices to ensure long happy lives . Our effort requires DONATIONS, which we hope to encourage, We are three cousins, driving three sportscars, representing three charities (thus "C3on66"), and reporting our preparation, healthy living steps, and progress along the way. What is Team Boomer

Team Boomer is the athletic division of the Boomer Esiason Foundation.
We work to encourage people with cystic fibrosis to live active, healthy lifestyles.
We welcome any advocate to join the team to raise funds and awareness for the CF community.

How does Team Boomer help?

The money raised by our Team Boomer athletes helps fund our scholarships, transplant grants, disaster relief program, and a number of educational resources.

Team Boomer works to encourage people with cystic fibrosis to live active, healthy life styles,  and welcomes any athlete to join the team and rise money for our cause.

Team Boomer has had over 7500 athletes run for our cause.

Team Boomer has had more than 100 athletes living with cystic fibrosis on the team.

Team Boomer has raised more than $14 million dollars for the Boomer Esiason Foundation and
the cystic fibrosis community.

What is the Boomer Esiason Foundation (BEF)?

BEF supports the CF community in the here and now in a number of ways, including financial aid programs and educational resources, as well as supporting research, CF centers, and lung transplant programs.  TEAM BOOMER is part of that effort, devoted to promoting athletics, activity, and healthful living for those with CF, and without.
