Wellness Challenge: Get Out Your Fitness Gear

This year’s first Fun Run + Fitness Wellness Challenge invites you to get into gear by getting out your gear: bicycles, roller blades, skateboards, yoga mats, free weights, and resistance bands, it all counts. Spend 30 minutes each day being active using your favorite fitness gear. Share posts of your chosen activity and gear of the day on your social media channels using the hashtags #getfit2feed and #feedingtomorrow. Connect with other participants and see how they did.
