Wellness Challenge: Boost Your Mood by Making Time for Others

Social interaction is part of being human. We learn, grow, and thrive through our shared experiences, and our brain releases important mood-boosting chemicals when we’re engaging with others. This week, we challenge you to spend at least 30 minutes a day of quality time with a friend, child, partner, family member or pet. If you can’t be together face to face, then make a phone call or have a virtual hang-out.
