Wellness Challenge: Stretch to Health

A stretch might not be worth a thousand words but stretching is key to our muscle flexibility and strength. This week, we challenge you to do 10 minutes a day of stretching exercises. Focus on lower body one day and neck, back or shoulders on another, making sure to hold a stretch for 15 seconds. Post your progress on your social media channels using the hashtags #getfit2feed and #feedingtomorrow to connect with other participants.
