Wellness Challenge: Add Fresh Produce to Each Meal

Consumer focus on health food choices has seen an increase as a result of the pandemic and adding fresh fruits and vegetable to your meal is a great start. This week, we challenge you to add fresh produce to each of your meals. Whether it’s berries for breakfast, a snack of carrots, or a green salad for dinner, make sure each meal contains at least half fresh fruits or veggies. Post your progress on your social media channels using the hashtags #getfit2feed and #feedingtomorrow to connect with other participants.
