Honoring our mother’s legacy
Our mother, Mayra was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) only six days before she passed. Though she fought cancer with all her strength and beat it, it was GBS that ultimately overwhelmed her body. In honor of her courage and faith, and to help others facing similar struggles, our family has chosen to support three organizations that symbolize her journey and her spirit. GBS-CIDP Foundation International is one of the organizations our family will support in honor of our mom.
