Join Patrick for an in-person and livestreamed Vinyasa Level 2 Class at the YogaRenew Studio in Hoboken. Expect a well rounded practice in which Patrick will begin to introduce you to advanced poses, Yogic thoughts and concepts. You should have an understanding of foundational movements and transition of a vinyasa "flow" class. Come curious with a willingness to learn and be held in through a class that feels good. The goal of a Yogarenew Vinyasa Class isn't so much the poses, but rather the state of being you are left with. A little closer to your true self.
