What to Bring​​

Layered clothing for temperature changes during the day.

Shoes with appropriate cushion and support for rough and rocky trail surfaces.

Change of clothes, towel and shampoo. (if planning to use showers at the gym).

Note: Water, electrolyte replacement drinks, and an assortment of snacks will be provided at regular intervals along the course and ARE  indicated on your course map.
