Chris Flanagan, Executive Officer, Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod

Chris Flanagan is the Executive Officer for the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Cape Cod and was selected nationally as their Executive Officer of the Year. With over a decade of public service, Chris has served regionally as a member of the Cape Covid-19 Response Taskforce and the Barnstable County Economic Development Council. At the federal level, Chris has served on the staffs of two U.S. senators from Massachusetts and a U.S. secretary of state. 

Ryan Castle, CEO, Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS

Ryan Castle assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® (CCIAOR) and MLS (CCIMLS) in September 2014. He was named the CEO of the Martha's Vineyard MLS (MVMLS) upon its incorporation in 2018. As the CEO, Ryan directs and oversees the operations and strategy of CCIAOR, CCIMLS, and MVMLS.

Paul Niedzwiecki assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce on July 1, 2021. Mr. Niedzwiecki is a public policy professional and attorney with more than two decades of experience in public administration and crafting environmental and economic policy on Cape Cod.
