Inside Ride Ontario: Academic

St. Thomas Aquinas and the Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation are teaming up again on May 30th to bring The Inside Ride to your school for your 11th event!

Online registration closes on May 28th @ 10:00am
Team Packages Submitted May23rd- May 27th
Fundraising minimum is $300 per team.

Event Day Schedule

X:XX AM – Participants excused from class
X:XX AM – Teams to Bikes for last minute instructions
X:XX AM – Opening Ceremony & Dedication
X:XX AM – We Ride! 6 rounds of cycling, 10 minutes each, at a fun pace. There's a break between each round to switch cyclists.
X:XX AM – Medals and Thanks!
